What changes can customers expect to see?
Flexseal have always been renowned for our customer support, stock availability, right first time record and technical expertise within the field. We'll work with James Burrell to support team with these aspects of our business and we've already expanded their stock profile to ensure they can react to customer requirements quicker and with a wider range.
James Burrell staff have joined our training programme to ensure they are constantly at the forefront of the sector and equipped to support the smallest domestic projects through to the largest infrastructure projects. They're well positioned to serve customers with traditional connections as well as identify, recommend and demonstrate alternative/cost saving products.
The James Burrell range now covers all common flexible coupling requirements as well as some specialist sizes. They're also able to work between the end-user and Flexseal to ensure anything outside of our stock profile can be manufactured and supplied on a next day delivery, direct to site.
