We have recently completed the renovation of our Bishop Auckland branch. This completes our renovation cycle over all our 10 sites across the North East and Yorkshire. We're now aiming to start the cycle again in the near future to continuously evolve the high customer service we provide.
The renovation has allowed us to expand the office space, improve the customer facilities and open a brand-new merchandised Trade Counter. We have also increased our current stock range so we can provide an even better service to our trade customers in the local area.
Kevin Dawson, Regional Sales Manager, said “Previously the branch had a small office and trade counter area which limited the range of stock the branch could hold and display. The new facilities have made such a transformation which will greatly improve the customer experience. We are encouraging old and new customers alike to visit the new trade counter and take advantage of our trade deals”.
