Open a Credit Account

To open a credit account with James Burrell please download the application form by clicking on the link below (please also read the terms and conditions of sales before applying) and return it to either your local branch or to our credit control team at Gateshead.

Please note: Incomplete applications cannot be processed.

On receipt of an application form a member of our credit control team will carry out credit checks to determine an agreed initial credit limit. This limit can increase or reduce due to varying factors such as payment history but we will keep you informed on this.

Invoices and Payment

Invoices and statements can be either emailed, faxed or posted.

Payments can made via:

• Online bank payment (B.A.C.S) 
• Cash at your local James Burrell branch
